Report a Security Incident or Vulnerability
Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the single point of contact for reporting cybersecurity issues in our instruments, in their firmware and software, and in any online service we operate — whether you are a security researcher, a partner or a customer.
Use the form below, or email psirt@freiberginstruments.com. If you would prefer to send your report encrypted, please contact us first and we will agree on a channel.
Please include: product, model and serial number, firmware or software version, steps to reproduce, and your test setup.
Please also state explicitly if you have any indication that the issue is already being exploited – this changes our handling priority and our regulatory notification duties.
Coordinated disclosure allows us to fix the issue, inform affected customers, and improve the security of future products – please give us that opportunity before publishing. We ask you to withhold publication for up to 90 days. We will coordinate the publication date with you, and will credit you if you wish.
Safe harbour: if you act in good faith, do not access third-party data and do not degrade the availability of our products or services, we will not pursue or support legal action against you for your research.
We do not operate a bug bounty programme and cannot offer payment.
